Anthony Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, has recently named his top five heavyweight boxers in an interview with Seconds Out Boxing, with WBC champion Deontay Wilder not making the top three, talkSPORT report.
The heavyweight division has become one of the most talked about divisions once again over recent years – thanks to the likes of Joshua, Wilder and Tyson Fury.
The trio are all still undefeated in their professional careers, with Joshua the only one of the three to boast a 100%-win record following Wilder and Fury’s draw back in December.
The rivals all have summer bouts finalised, with Joshua set to make his stateside debut by taking on Jarrell Miller on June 1.
Wilder will take on fellow American Dominic Breazeale in May and Fury will face off against German Tom Schwarz on June 15.
And during the interview, promoter Hearn was asked for his opinion over who the top five heavyweights in the world are today.
The Essex-born promoter listed from 1-5: Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury, Dillian Whyte, Deontay Wilder and Oleksandr Usyk.
