Dillian Whyte has slammed fellow Brit Anthony Joshua and American Jarrell Miller, with the pair edging closer to a summer showdown, talkSPORT report.
Whyte, who defeated rival Dereck Chisora in December, was in talks with Joshua ahead of a potential rematch, however, negotiations broke down and the current IBF, IBO, WBA and WBO champion now looks set to head stateside to take on Miller.
Joshua is likely to announce his clash with Miller in the coming weeks, with a reported clash set to take place at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Whyte has turned his attention to the likes of Alexander Povetkin, Dominic Breazeale and Luis Ortiz, with Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury set for a rematch later this year.
And talking to talkSPORT, Whyte was quick to hit out at Joshua after talks broke down between both parties.
It’s just frustrating because the offers they made me was fake offers.
They was just using me as a negotiating tool for Miller to keep Miller’s price down.
It was never really serious about making the fight because we heard from last September that they was fighting Miller.
Whyte was then asked about Miller, with the Brixton man describing the American as a ‘perfect fight’ for Joshua.
Miller’s the perfect fight, he’s not dangerous, he’s undefeated, he talks a lot, so he’s the perfect fight.
