Dillian Whyte and Dereck Chisora will step into the ring again on December 22, in what will be a seismic heavyweight clash.

Having met for the first time in December of 2016, Whyte emerged victorious in a controversial fight that handed him the win via a split decision.

Chisora has long disputed the result, and will finally get another shot at the Matchroom Sport product.

Since the 2016 bout, Whyte has fought won four fights on the bounce, most recently (and most impressively) against former WBO world champion Joseph Parker.

Despite being a career 29-8 fighter, the journeyman Chisora is confident in his ability to overcome the challenge posed by ‘The Body Snatcher’.

Scheduled for the O2 Arena in London, the fight will hold something of a hometown appeal for both fighters.

Whyte will be fighting out of Brixton, whereas Chisora will represent Finchley.

The festive throw-down will provide a welcome pre-Christmas treat for British boxing fans.
