WBA super-middleweight champion George Groves will face Jamie Cox on October 14th in the quarter finals of the World Boxing Super Series.

The fight is set to take place at The SSE Arena, Wembley, in what should be a heated contest.

After selecting Cox as his opponent at the World Boxing Series gala on July 8th, Groves will also be putting his world title on the line as well as a place in the semi finals.

Speaking about the fight, Groves believes his memorable nights at Wembley Arena will continue on October 14th.

The SSE Arena, Wembley Arena has always been a happy hunting ground for me.

I‘ve had many good nights there, and I’m looking forward to fighting there again on October 14th.

The unbeaten Cox is hoping he can shock the world when he faces Groves later this year.

George is a tough opponent.

He has some good attributes but I’m prepared to shock everyone.

This is what I’ve been working towards all my career, and to be a part of something this big is amazing.

Ticket details for the fight are set to be revealed shortly.
