Former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury accepts challenge from Anthony Joshua after Wembley win.
Following his sensational win over Wladimir Klitschko on Saturday night (29/04/2017), Joshua issued a challenge to Fury who accepted the world champion’s offer.
After his fight, Joshua said the following about Fury.
Fury, where you at, baby?
I know he’s been talking, I want to give 90,000 a chance to see us.
Fury watched the fight from a Marbella training camp where he aims to make his in-ring return this July.
However, as always, the Manchester fighter took to Twitter to accept the challenge.
Twitter: @anthonyfjoshua challenge accepted. We will give the world 🌎 the biggest fight in a 500 years. I will play with u. You are a boxers dream. (@Tyson_Fury)
Fury like Joshua is also undefeated in 25 fights with 18 knockouts.
However, the self-proclaimed Gypsy King still does not have a licence and will have to appear in front of the British Boxing Board of Control in order to get his licence.
